ABA Therapy Services

Our licensed and experienced behavior analysts (BCBAs) provide high-quality, individualized care for children with autism and other developmental differences. From early communication and social skills to reducing challenging behaviors and building daily living independence, ABA therapy is tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

ABA therapy in a clinic setting

Some children work better in a structured clinic room, away from the distractions of home. Across Alpaca Health platform data covering 1,082 clients and 118 independent provider practices between August 2024 and August 2026, clinic and office sessions accounted for 13.3% of all delivered therapy hours, and 402 children had at least one clinic session across 62 practices. Most families combine clinic time with in-home ABA therapy or community sessions, and your BCBA sets the mix during intake.

Functional communication training

Functional communication training teaches a child a reliable way to ask for what they need, which reduces the behaviors that were doing that job before. It is built into the treatment plan, and your BCBA runs it in whichever setting your child is seen in. Our ABA speech therapy page covers the communication programs Alpaca Health providers run, and the picture exchange communication system is one of the methods they use.
